“Very experienced crew (our guide was Handsom and a couple of others). Crew is friendly. Always available to answer any questions. Very enthusiastic to make sure way saw the huge manata rays and also turtles. Knowledgable about water conditions and tide. The restaraunt after the tour was very good. The pick up and drop off location was convineant. They also had water and fruits onboard. They had snorkels and life jackets too. The crew catered very well to participants according to their level of comfort / swimming ability in the water. Highly recommended.”

“The trip was okay. We were able to visit all the places, however the trip was mismanaged. We left at 6:30am (as per plan) assuming we will catch the fast boat around 7:45am, but we missed it for some reason which was not very clear from the driver/guide. We waited for an hour at port for the next fast boat. The driver/guide has been kept on saying all throughout the day even on way back they engaged with the boat vendor for the first time hence the mess up. The staff are wonderful but It was mostly just hours and hours in a car, very uncomfortable trip on very bumpy/damaged roads, only to get to places you cannot swim and are very crowded with tourists. We got the first ferry possible back to Sanur. It’s sad to see the island so overrun by tourists and traffic. Very expensive for what you get.”
